Orders and Order Acceptance

Where an order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible because the order has entered the delivery process.

Any cancellation, refund, or other remedy will be handled in accordance with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer right.

Payment

We accept payment methods made available through our website from time to time.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method;

• The information provided is accurate and complete; and

• You authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Payment processing may be carried out through third-party payment gateways or service providers.

Slayona does not store complete payment-card information unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by applicable requirements.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where Cash on Delivery is available, the applicable COD terms and order limits may be displayed during checkout.

Customers placing COD orders agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to remain reasonably available to receive the order.

If an eligible COD order is approved for a refund under our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, the refund will be credited to the bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account or UPI information for processing such refunds.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Our current estimated delivery timeframe is generally 3–7 business days from dispatch, following an estimated 1–2 business day processing period, subject to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will generally be provided so that customers can track the shipment.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer remedy that may apply where an order is not delivered in accordance with applicable law.

Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Slayona makes reasonable efforts to process and deliver orders within the estimated timelines.

However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters;

• Severe weather;

• Floods, fires, or other natural events;

• Government restrictions;

• Transportation or road disruptions;

• Strikes or labour disruptions;

• Public emergencies;

• Courier or logistics disruptions;

• Unexpected operational disruptions; or

• Other unforeseen circumstances materially affecting delivery.

Where a shipment is delayed due to such circumstances, customers may use the tracking information provided to monitor the shipment.

Slayona will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the relevant logistics provider and try its best to have the shipment delivered at the earliest possible time.

Refunds, Returns and Replacements

Refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Because many Slayona products are cosmetics or personal-care products, certain correctly supplied products may not be eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.

However, this does not affect applicable rights relating to products that are:

• Defective;

• Damaged;

• Incorrect;

• Missing;

• Materially different from what was ordered or described; or

• Otherwise subject to a refund, return, replacement, or other remedy under applicable law.

For damaged, defective, wrong, or missing-product claims, Slayona may request a continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning with the sealed package, as described in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content available through our Services, including but not limited to:

• Logos;

• Brand names;

• Product images;

• Product descriptions;

• Photographs;

• Graphics;

• Videos;

• Designs;

• Website layouts;

• Text;

• Software;

• Icons; and

• Other materials

is owned by or licensed to Slayona and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

By submitting Customer Content, you grant Slayona a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute that content for legitimate business, marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, subject to applicable law.

You retain ownership of your underlying content.

Slayona may remove or decline to publish Customer Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, payment providers, logistics providers, social-media platforms, or other external services.

These third-party services are operated independently and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Shopify

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our products and services.

However, your purchase transaction is between you and Slayona.

Shopify's role as a technology and e-commerce platform does not make Shopify the seller of Slayona products.
