  • No Cancellation After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products:

  1. No Returns or Exchanges – All sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

  2. No Refunds After Shipping – We cannot process refunds once your order has been shipped.

  3. Pre-Shipment Refunds – In special cases, a refund may be granted before shipping at our sole discretion.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email us at support@slayona.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will send a replacement or store credit.
