At Slayona, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping terms below.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India to physical addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, remote area locations, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above β‚Ή999.

  • Orders below β‚Ή999 will incur a β‚Ή99 shipping fee.


5. Courier Partner

All orders are shipped via Shiprocket with reliable courier partners.


6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS powered by Shiprocket to monitor your order’s progress.


7. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability:

  • We may resend the order after confirming details with you.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


8. Damages During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@slayona.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will review and respond as per our Refund & Return Policy.


9. Pre-Orders

Pre-order shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. In some cases, pre-orders and in-stock items may ship separately.
