Refund policy

At Slayona, we take hygiene, safety, and product integrity very seriously. Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care), all sales are final once shipped.

Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, whether opened or unopened. This policy is in place to protect all our customers and ensure that every product we sell is fresh, unused, and safe.

Refunds

Before Shipping

Refunds may be issued only before your order has been shipped, and solely at the discretion of Slayona. To request a pre-shipment refund, please email support@slayona.com with your order number and reason for the request. Approval is not guaranteed.

After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Unwanted gift

  • Color/shade preference change

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier services

Damages or Incorrect Items

We package every order with care, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@slayona.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product, and the outer packaging

If approved, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Issue store credit (no cash refunds)

Slayona reserves the right to refuse claims that do not include photographic evidence or are made after the 48-hour window.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. For cancellation requests before shipping, email us immediately at support@slayona.com. Approval will be at our discretion.
